| Hello everyone, This page is here to help anyone in need. My main focus is to make sure the session players have what they need to do their jobs properly and that the members are satisfied and receiving a quality service from us.

Now for a little bit of my Bio:
My musical journey is a long one that started very early in my life in Ashland, Ohio. I was always involved with music on some level in my school days, playing the recorder and then moving to trumpet. Although I was never a very good trumpet player, I became a huge music fan during this time, collecting a huge record collection of mainly Elvis and Beatles albums. I immediately keyed into the sound and the arrangements of the albums. I was the only sixth grader who said my favorite Beatle was George Martin. I knew the Beatles were great songwriters, but I was more impressed with the guy who was making them sound the way they did.
I guess the transition that made me want to pursue a career in music was when my brother Andy brought home a bass guitar so he could have someone play with him when he practiced his guitar lines. Bass was always my favorite instrument. I remember when I went to see my first live rock band. I asked my brother what was making me vibrate and feel like I was going to puke. He told me it was the bass and from that day forward I waited patiently until I got one.
My love for the bass guitar was apparent and I spent every waking hour learning this new instrument and eventually learning how to play the upright bass. After a couple short years of obsessing over this new friend of mine, I started to receive scholarship offers from many different universities in Ohio. I settled on The University of Cincinnati's College Conservatory of Music and graduated from there in 1991. I excelled in school, but after I graduated, I realized the music world was pretty brutal. Now what? So I spent about 5 more years as a freelance bassist and bass instructor which paid the rent, but barely. Somewhere around 1997 I decided to retire from the music scene and dabble in real estate back in my home town of Ashland, Ohio, but my heart wasn't into it.
When my grandmother died in 1996 I was inspired to write my first song "Ave Maria" which inspired more song writing and eventually enough songs to record an album. In the year 2000 I finished my first recording which I called "Disheveled - Non-sequitur." To make a long story short, I loved the recording process and learned a great deal from recording this CD. I then set out to build my own recording studio from an attached garage at my house. (lol) Four years later and with a little help from my friends (who couldn't bear to see the mess I had made) it was finished. Ouch! I will never do that again.
It was time to record my first CD by myself which would be named "One Eyed Jimmy Jive." This album was a production exercise for me as well as a chance to learn how to play guitar. I wanted to make a CD where there was a cohesive sound and theme to the whole album. Man!! It was a lot of fun to record at home and to have total control over something. I really enjoyed recording that album!!
After the recording of 'One Eyed Jimmy Jive' I have concentrated on helping others with their recordings. In 2006, I started an online mastering site named SongMastering.com and in 2009, I started development of this site in hopes of making it easier for independent artists to find quality musicians for their recordings .
